Yeshua’s Birth: The Opening in the Darkness Where the Remembrance of Light and Love Poured Through; A Christmas Story on Learning Love; Q&A on Forgiveness and Karma, Speaking to the Virus, Faith, Working with What Arises

Yeshua (B): My blessings and love to you all. I am the one you have known as Yeshua, and I come to you with love and joy. Thank you for celebrating this day with me.

What does it mean, “my birthday”? You are celebrating my birthday but also all of your birthdays, the remembering of who you are as light, and you coming fully into the world as light.

I want to jump back some many thousands of years. Through millennia there were pockets of light here and there on the earth, but they did not yet have fertile soil to grow so they flared up and died away, flared up and died away. (Yeshua added as I reviewed: though some pockets were in such isolation from darkness that they were able to continue for a long time, before the darkness intruded and seemed to swallow them up; yet many of those pockets still exist and are part of what is readying the rich soil. Many such pockets have continued through time.)

The one that I was, was a very old soul, resting in a realm of light with other kindred spirit. ((Yeshua added as I reviewed: “I use spirit as singular. At that level we are only One.”)

The one that your scriptures refer to as “the Father”—Father, Mother, Infinite Creator, Love—this one came to me, the Voice of Love, and to others of us and said, “A clear expression of Light is needed to reignite the light on earth; someone to be a mirror to sentient beings and help them remember that they are light, for they have lost their way in darkness. Who will go?” Divine Essence asked, looking at us all. Then that great Essence of Light gazed at me; “Will you go?” Well, of course I said yes.

I recognized that it would be a challenging passage. I had been on earth before but now, I was used to the high vibration of the upper realms. What would it mean to bring this consciousness into a physical body in a heavy vibration? Would I be able to do what was asked or would I forget, as so many humans forget? The Beloved One told me, “You will remember; I will help you remember.”

I asked Yeshua here as I reviewed, by “Beloved One,” and “Divine Essence”, is he referring to a “God”? But if nothing is separate, how does this work? I guess I am asking how you experience “God”?

Yeshua: Just as the wave is not separate from the ocean, but is an expression of the ocean, so each unique expression of the Beloved is not separate. Since that Essence exists in each expression and existed before there was any expression; will exist after all expressions might cease, it IS, and cannot be extinguished. But the only way for the separated-consciousness to know it is by the radiance and love in each one’s heart. This does not mean there is no God, only that for the human, the access is through the small self. For awakened consciousness, that consciousness still can only know the Divine in part but comes closer to direct knowing, the more it is exempt from pressures of the small self. In the deepest meditation, when body and ego fully dissolve, one rests fully in that Divine essence. But there is no self at that moment to say, “This is God,” only the later memory of that experience. With repetition it does bleed through and becomes a ground for faith. As Aaron has often said, the deepest learnings of third density are of faith and love.”

Some of you may remember consciously or only in your dreams, that many beings gathered in that part of the world, to help create a fertile soil, not just at the time I was born but for hundreds of years before that.

You have heard my friend Aaron talk of this, of being invited by his human father to come into the earth at that point. Many of you chose to come into the earth at that point, starting a few hundred years before my birth. And then, some of you taking a new incarnation near the time of my birth.

We had a purpose: to bring the light further into human attention so that people could remember amidst the heaviness of fear, pain, and darkness; that they could remember that they were light, and that this world is destined to become a beacon of light in the universe.

Was it hard to tear myself away from the heavenly realm? Yes. But not so terribly hard because I understood the precious gift I was being given to help carry light further out into the universe by remembering the light that I am and expressing it so others could catch the glow in their own hearts. You have the same intentions. Are you ready to catch it?… Got it? (Yeshua laughing; gesturing and “throwing”) Light! Love!

So, it came to be that I was born with the name Yeshua ben Joseph— ben Yosef, it is pronounced, the J pronounced as a “Y”. Born to a couple, who lived in a community of seekers of light and knowers of light. So much planning preceded that birth, which of course as the infant I did not recognize.

Your Earth was created as a realm capable of carrying the light. The loyal opposition, as Aaron calls it, so often strived to diminish that light, and often did so for long periods of time.

I think that time was needed for that which knows itself as light and remembers light to gain strength, just as a fire’s dim embers may smolder for a long time before they’re ready to flare up when you add a bit of wood.

So, I, this one known as Yeshua – I lived and I died. And worldwide, not too many paid attention to that. It was first in one small part of the world that people noticed.

But people did notice, because I was given the gift to be able to help you remember, each of you, the light that is your essence, and to come again and again into human incarnation, holding the intention to strengthen that light and give it as gift.

This is the original gift—the gift of light.

This world has long balanced between light and darkness, and much of the universe as well. There are places of radiant light, but not with a good way to bring that light out into the world.

Because the human experiences both its inner light and its darkness and has free will choice—another precious gift—because of that, the human has the ability to stimulate that light to literally tip the balance into positive polarity.

So many of you have committed lifetime after lifetime after lifetime to the fulfillment of this intention.

Now the world teeters on a fulcrum. In distant times past, when there was that degree of balance there was not enough awakened light to carry the balance. But my dear ones, this is where you come in. Now you and so many millions of you through the world are ready. The soil is fertile now for love to take root, for the awakened heart mind to take root, and to begin to grow and spread, answering that which is filled with hatred, greed and pain a deeply resounding, yet loving, “No. We are light. And you also are Light.”

You are not alone. I am here, of course, but so are many other, you call us angelic presences. I simply call them Brothers/Sisters of Light, which you are also. We are ready, right now in this decade, to carry it forth into the world, your human world, as a ground of light.

You offer gifts to each other to celebrate my birthday, and you offer love and praise to me.

The deepest gift you can give to me and to each other is to remember who you are.

To hold this world with all its heavy catalyst, the catalyst that seems expanding in this past year—more hatred, more rage, more fear, the virus and other health issues, eroding environment—to hold it in your hearts.

The solution to it all is as simple as my words that you have heard over and over, “Love one another.”

Now, it’s not simple to do that. Many of you have taken classes—even years and years of classes—with Aaron learning how to touch the places of fear and negativity in your heart and find the love that is beyond that fear and anger.

We do not fear the negativity; we use it as energy to transmute whatever is present into love and into light.

Please help me with this work. I came to Earth 2,000 years ago to ignite a spark, to create and feed the soil. Now all of you are precious plants deposited into that soil, with deep roots and a little spark that says, “I think I’m light! I think I am!”

You are. You are light. Are you ready to do this work? I think you are, or you would not be with me here today.

Hold this close to your heart as the true meaning of Christmas. “Christmas” we might translate into the “Christ mass”, the mass or body of teachings, deeply profound and powerful teachings that celebrate the Christ.

ALL of you are part of that Christ consciousness. It is your essence, your birthright. It takes so much courage to acknowledge that you are this, I think because you are somewhat afraid of your power when you acknowledge, “I am the Awakened One. I am the Christ.” You, all of you!

You as humans are so courageous and so beloved that you are willing to undertake this task, to move forth with this.

You did not come to fail. You have never failed, only the soil was not yet ready to nurture the plant that you were.

But now it is ready. This fertile soil that I call Earth and the deep love that is tilled into the soil, ready to blossom forth and support the awakening of love.

Some of you ask me, “What if we can’t do it, Yeshua?” Well, you’ve been in that place before, you’ve not been able to do it. You’ve kept the embers burning until the soil was again ready to give it a try. You came back and said, “Maybe now.” And then 100 or 1,000 years later, “Maybe now.”

Now it is ready. I’m not asking you to believe me on that; this is simply my perspective as Yeshua.

But I see the light growing in the world, and I see equally the dissatisfaction with darkness, that seeks something beyond the darkness and knows that there IS something beyond the darkness, that the darkness itself was never intended to be all.

The darkness is the ground that is transmuted with love to reveal the light.

Will you join me?

Take my hand, take each other’s hands, and let us walk together. We are light.

I do not say it will be easy, I only say it is possible. The Earth is ready. You are ready.

And I will always be with you, both leading you and close within your hearts.

This, what my brother Aaron calls “loyal opposition”, it will be there, of course it will be there; that which is determined not to allow the light.

You live in a non-dual universe where there is no separate light or darkness, only two sides of one hand. When the light is clear, it shines through so that the whole hand is alight; the whole heart is alight; the whole Earth is alight. And that which serves the darkness and is terrified of light will go elsewhere. We are not in the business of destruction; that which is not ready to move into a higher consciousness will have plenty of spaces in which it can take incarnation and grow through 3rd density for as many lifetimes as it needs, until it’s ready to evolve.

We do not harm; light does not harm. Light holds the door open with infinite kindness and patience, but also with the strength that says, “No, you may not pull us down to where you are. If you wish to ascend up into the light, you are welcome.” We hold that invitation over and over and over. And even to the most terrible despots of the Earth, “You are always welcome to the light, because in your essence you are also light.”

This is the power of the light. Darkness does not welcome light into its fold, but light welcomes darkness because it knows the light that resides in the center of that darkness, and it trusts the power of that light.

So now, a few Christmas stories. Here we sit; the screen had a beautiful bonfire glowing on it when we started. I don’t know if some of you saw that. Two thousand years ago we sat around such a fire. And yes, I told stories. I told stories of the times when hatred and darkness filled the earth, and how one small ember could be enough to make them pull back.

Sitting at such a fire in some places in the world—not a big bonfire, just a small fire—a band of wolves, even hundreds of wolves might come, wanting to tear apart the humans that sat close to the fire. Wanting to destroy for their own need.

The humans would light a stick and hold it out against the wolves, holding light against the darkness. But the message was never, “Go away!” The message was, “You are welcome here. We have heat and food, if you will come in friendship.”

Some of those wolves crept forth, took a bit of food, warmed themselves at our fires, and over fifteen thousand years ago became your first domesticated dogs. They were welcomed into the light. And those of you who have dogs know how much dogs are light-filled and are loving.

I do not remember my birth, of course, not in a vivid adult way. I remember coming into the world and being embraced by loving parents in yes, a stable of sorts. There were animals present— the soft touch of a sheep, the lowing of a cow, the beautiful scents of that animal life. People coming and going and looking at me, and my looking at them with wonder. “Ah, I did it. I came into this human incarnation, and so far, it’s not so bad!”

Then having to be whisked away for my safety, and then finally back again to the beautiful village in which I had the fortune to grow up with beloved mentors. I was born awake, but I had to rekindle all of these skills.

Someone asked me the other day, was there really a brilliant star of some sort, or was it simply this conjunction of two planets we see this week? Well, I was not an astrologist. But yes, there was something brilliant, because in my infant memory I remember this brilliance lighting up everything. Who knows where it came from or what it was? But I like to think of it simply as the light of love. The light of love. You are all this light of love.

So, what are you as individuals to do about the strong negativity on Earth today?

A four-letter word—can anyone guess what it is? Love.

Love is the place where your heart is unconstricted, and the true essence that comes from the divine fills you and can shine out. When it shines out, it is so powerful.

Can you feel it at all in my energy now? (Yeshua offering his loving energy)

This is not MY energy; this is THE energy of love. Its seeds are within you. We celebrate all of your birthdays today—the birthday of the Christ, the Awakened heart-mind that comes forth in love truly to change this whole world and universe by reminding that which has not yet found love that love is the essence of all.

Come forth and be the love that you are, and I will always walk with you, holding your hand. You will never walk alone.

I’ll step back now and open this to some questions.

Zoom host: Since there are so many people, I’ll remind you to just let me know, if you want to ask a question in the chat box, because I did manage to keep out the trolls. So if you’d like to speak, just let me know and I’ll open your mic and we can continue as we always do.

Yeshua (B): I have a question (to the Zoom host)—can you tell me, what are trolls (used term related to ‘protecting the Zoom session from “trolls”‘)?

I think of trolls as wizened creatures with big muscles that live in dark places and are frightened of the light.

But I think we always want to make sure that the trolls have access to the light. They will not choose to be in the light unless they are ready. And if they are ready and step forth into that light, they suddenly lose all of their troll-like characteristics. It will then take them perhaps a number of lifetimes to ground themselves in what it means not to be a troll.

I’ll pass it back to you, (host)…

Q: Hi Yeshua. I feel like the best way for us to bring light to this world is not to focus on behaviors that we don’t like, but to instead focus on the magnificence that is everyone.

Yeshua (B): Q, I do not hear that as a question but as a statement, a very accurate statement. When we focus on the behaviors that we don’t like, that focus comes out as contraction, pushing away. When we look into the one with behaviors we don’t like and find that which is lovely within that being, and focus on that which is lovely, gradually the unpleasant behaviors fall away and that which is beautiful emerges. Not necessarily this week or month or decade or century, but eventually.

So, in what ways have all of you been focusing negativity at the Covid-19 virus instead of finding something, I don’t know whether to use the term “beautiful”, but something that could be good about the virus?

I think if I went around this room and asked each person, amidst all the challenges of this year, can you find one thing that was powerful and good for you, wholesome, and in some ways caused by the limits set by the virus, I think all of you could find something.

Then you can thank the virus for offering a gentle push in that direction, to see a new possibility. Let me say this carefully. As example, Barbara has said this week that they moved to bring her husband home from the nursing home in March just after he was locked in there, literally to save his life. They had hoped that he would come home someday, in a year or two, but they had never thought that they could do it now. It has been a real challenge for her financially, emotionally, physically, to take care of him at home, and yet it has been the greatest gift that he or she could have received.

And so, she says to the virus, “I know you did not do this consciously, but still I can thank you for the influence you gave that led me to take these steps. Thank you.”

In that sincere thank you, instead of focusing negative, contracted energy against the virus there’s a softening.

Now, this is interesting. This virus cannot dwell in high vibration. As soon as she is able to soften and say thank you in that way, the virus cannot take hold in her, or if it did, cannot take a strong hold.

If millions of you around the world can speak to the virus from a place of high vibration and love, saying a clear, “No, you may not destroy. No, you may not do that. But I do not hate you because this is simply what you are shaped to do. You are not consciously trying to kill; you are simply being what you are, a virus. I do not hate you for it. Even you can contain light”—if this as truth could spread through the whole world so that everywhere in the world the virus was met with this kind of energy, the virus would fade away better than with any immunization, but it is probably more difficult than the immunization. It’s easy to get an injection; it’s harder to open the heart with love.

Let me turn this back to you with questions.

Q: My question is, tonight, I will be having dinner with my family, and I will share some of what you have been sharing, that you came to ground the light. How do I help some of the members of my family who will be listening to this, if they’ve never experienced this light, how can I help them to experience this inner light tonight?

Yeshua (B): Thank you for the question. I think it would be possible to keep it simple and go around and ask each person, “Right now, this year or even this week or day, what brings you the most joy? Can you share it?”

After each had a chance to share, simply to point out how much joy it is to hear these stories of joy and of light, to feel the energy in the room be higher, higher vibration of love.

You don’t have to get specific about it. There’s no belief required. It’s something that each human is capable of experiencing, the difference between when you feel threatened, angry, pained and attacked, or when you feel embraced in love.

If it is within your family tradition, simply to take hands and spend a minute or two silent, each giving thanks for whatever each is most thankful for. And then to point out at the end of that few minutes, can people feel the light or energy around them? Just that much.

Q: Greetings and blessings, and thank you for being here and for me being here. Yeshua, would you please speak a little bit more about our everyday exposure to the despots you described, who wish to have power over us, and gather others of their kind to attempt to overwhelm us, and to put in place laws and rules that will keep us under them? Can you help us with that?

Yeshua (B): My friend, there will always be beings who live in fear. True power comes from service to others, kindness and generosity. But those who don’t understand those experiences in themselves seek a different power based on contraction, on force.

The only way I know to speak to that kind of negativity is with love. In his book of Christmas stories—I don’t know if you’ve read Aaron’s “Christmas Stories”; they’re tales that he tells when he was Nathaniel and lived with me on the Earth in those days, and was my friend. One story comes to mind right here.

A gang of brigands accosted us as we walked down the path going from one village to another. They not only took our robes and our food, but they literally stripped us naked down to our underwear, seeking to humiliate us. Their power, what they could experience as power, came from humiliation of others. It made them feel big, which feeling they sought because they felt so small. They took our sandals; they took our food. Since we did not fight back, they gave a few hits, but they did not deeply harm us physically. They just took everything and left, taking things that they could have no possible use for.

The people that were with me were angry. I could understand their anger. They felt humiliated and were cold and hungry. “What are we going to do, Yeshua? You say that love is the answer. But we stood here, at least not hitting them, and they still hurt us.”

I suggested we build a fire to warm us. We sat by the fire. One of our group was an avid fisherman and there was a stream nearby, so he went out and caught many fish. Several others, barefoot and naked, went out and collected nuts and berries. In an hour we came back to sit by the fire with an abundance of food.

We were sitting there, warmed by the fire, fed but unclothed, when several men with laden burros came by and saw us. “What’s this? Where are your robes?” said their leader. “Brigands stole them.” “Oh, I have extra here.” He pulled clothing out—he had 3 or 4 burros, each deeply ladened with material that he was going to take to the market, robes and other clothing. He had sandals. He clothed us.

We said, “We have nothing with which to pay you.” He said, “No need.” They sat by our fire and enjoyed a meal with us, slept by the fire with us.

The next day we walked on. About an hour down the trail, we came to a very painful sight. This group of brigands had been walking down the road unaware that a tree was very weak, ready to fall. They had paused to sleep under this large tree and it fell over on them in the night. None were killed, but they did not have the strength to lift the tree off themselves.

Deep sadness for them touched us. All but a few were injured, and those few could not lift the tree. But our friend with the burros had an axe, and we were able to cut aside the tree, roll it off, help wash and bandage wounds, even set a few broken limbs.

They looked at us, saying, “Why are you doing this? You are the men from whom we stole.” I said to them, “Your fear led you to steal. But I see in you that you are so much more than fear. Now can your light lead you to give love, to support love in the world? As a start, can all who are able help your comrades?”

Many of them were in tears at this. A few of them just walked off, still angry. They were not ready to make this shift. But most of them asked, “Can we walk with you? I want to learn about this thing you call love. I want to learn how to do this.”

They began to understand the non-duality of light and darkness and how to kindle the light within themselves, how to bring it forth. And I would say that yes, their stopping us, robbing us, the whole scene played itself out perfectly. It gave an opportunity for these men who did not know how to learn about love, to begin to learn this.

Throughout the world there are those who will abuse and hurt you with fists, with words, with weapons. Find that which you can offer them without humiliating them, without negating them in any way. Find the way that your light can truly touch them to whatever degree they are capable of receiving that light; never forcing it upon them but always offering.

I hope that answers your question.

Let me add to that. Can you see the myriad ways that you’re offered the opportunity in this present world to do just what I have described?

What if you lived in a world that was so filled with light that you really had to look to find darkness? How could the light that you are then serve to transform the darkness?

Is there another question?

(long pause)

Yeshua (B): Many of you are dancing with me here! I’m enjoying your energy. Thank you.

Q: Is accepting our role as expressions of divinity as simple as allowing that idea to blossom into the deeper levels of our awareness? Is it really that simple?

Yeshua (B): No, not really that simple, Q, because you have eons of as yet unresolved karma. But the wonderful thing about karma is you do not have to go into 10,000 different situations where you addressed harm with more harm. One moment of opening your hearts in a situation where you could be harmed, where you are assaulted with negativity—one moment of opening your hearts and holding space for that negativity while seeing it as non-dual with the light and finding the light therein, not getting rid of the negativity, just finding and resting in the light therein and addressing the light, inviting the light—that resolves eons of ancient karma.

You still have to balance that karma. Many of you here have moved past experiencing yourselves primarily as negatively polarized beings. You know yourselves as the light. But in modeling that behavior as light, in forgiving, in cherishing, you balance the old karma.

So, I think it’s less just need for the awareness, which many of you already have, than the free will intention to live that awareness; “I am a being of light. I consecrate this mind, body, and spirit to the light. I resolve to move in ways that support this consecration of what I am.” And then simply remembering that.

And of course, you’re not always going to be able to do it. Then forgiving yourself when you fall short and addressing the whole thing again. “Ah, I blew it that time! Oh well, I am human, and I am just going to try again. I consecrate this mind, body, and spirit to the light. I ask support of the Brothers and Sisters of Light that surround me. I ask support of my own higher self to help me to manifest this intention to live as the light.”

When something comes at you and you begin to tense up, you remember, “Ah, no, I’m not going to respond this way. I am the light.” But to be the light doesn’t mean you let people destroy you. “No, you may not harm me.” It takes much more courage to stand up and say, “No, you may not destroy me, us, our world,” than it does to take up swords and knives and fight.

Does that answer your question?

Q: Yes, indeed, it does.

Yeshua (B): You’re very welcome. This, my friends, is what I came to teach. Remember that I was in a human body, and it was hard work to be in a human body. I was not used to the heavy and sometimes very painful physical sensations. I was not accustomed to the heavy emotions.

I had a strong benefit that many of you do not have, which is that I remembered who I am. I remembered that I was the light.

You are all in process, many of you through very dedicated meditation and spiritual practices, of coming to remember: You are the light. You are the light of the world, you!

We will be that light together. I always am here with you. Having taken that incarnation on earth 2,000 years ago, the essence of what I am made the commitment to see this through. I walk this path with you. Together we are strong in our ability to love.

I’m not sure how long a time we’re given, here. Time for one more question, or more than one question?

Q: In the scriptures, it talks a lot about repentance, but I’m not sure how much of that is distortion. My question is, what does repentance do for your karma? So if I do harm to someone, and later I come back to them and ask for forgiveness, what does that do for my karma regarding the original harm that I caused?

Yeshua (B): Thank you for your question. We need to be careful with the English word “repentance” which often equates with feeling shame. This is not what I advised.

I would rather the word used to be “regret”. See that you had choices, and that the fear part of you made a choice that did harm. And instead of feeling shame, allow the recognition of that harm to lead you into a firmer conviction, “The next time something like this happens I choose to stay present with the fear, so that the fear does not rule me and lead me into negativity.”

(While reviewing, Yeshua added this) The portion of the prayer, “Lead us not into temptation,” is not a request to some external divine power but a reminder to the awakened, divine self, “I choose not to yield to the temptations of negative impulse when fear arise. I choose!”

This opening your heart to yourself is what shifts the karma. Forgiveness changes karma. That includes self-forgiveness. How can you end negative karma when you hold shame and anger at yourself in your heart?

So, let’s drop the word “repentance”. Remember, the Bible is not my words as Yeshua. It’s what people dreamed up afterward, many of them trying to put words together to shape how they experienced—not even what I taught, but what somebody told them that I taught. Did they get it right? Sometimes.

I would dispense with most of it and boil it down to: Love one another. Forgive. Hold yourselves and each other in your hearts. Find the humility, genuine humility that knows everything is part of everything. There is no “other.” There is only Love in all of its expressions, some clear and some not yet clear. Your strength comes from the strength of everything around you. And that that strength is grounded in love.

The rest is just words—some beautiful words, yes, but most of it not essential.

So, let’s go back to the words for which we’re gathered here today. That Mary and Joseph, Mary heavy with child, travelled through the countryside. She was at the time of giving birth to the child. They found shelter, simple shelter.

Then many beings experienced, “The Light has been born. Oh, the Light is back!” It wasn’t me; it was more that my birth opened the doorway so that the heavenly light, the love, the remembrance of love could pour through.

What was that star? Let us metaphorically call it an opening in the dark heavens where the remembrance of light and love could pour through, to where the infant lay.

Not to highlight me but to remind humans: Nothing is hopeless. Light is! Love is! There is nothing else.

And it is right here— pointing at the infant, but it could be pointing at any of you—here is the ground of love and of light.

And the earth saying, “Hallelujah!” Not for my birth but for the remembrance: Light is. Love is.

I thank you.

I am happy to talk further or not. I don’t know how long we’ve given this gathering…

Zoom host: We do have 4 more questions if you’re up for it.

Yeshua (B): That’s fine with me; I am enjoying all of your presence. I am a bit of a show-off—I like to talk! Not to bring attention to me as Yeshua but for the opportunity to share Love and to help you remember who you are.

Go ahead with the question…

John: When you speak of our essence, you use the words light and love. Are these one and the same thing? Just different words that you’re using interchangeably, or is there some difference between the light and the love?

Yeshua (B): Thank you for the question, John. Light and love—I think they’re interchangeable but not exactly the same. Where there is love there will always be light. Where there is light there will always be love. But they are two different textures that are both expressions of the Divine itself.

The Divine expresses as light, the Divine expresses as love. The Divine cannot be defined by any one word. But the two most complete expressions are light and love.

When you know love, you’re experiencing light. When you know light, you’re experiencing love. But not always in equal parts.

Does that answer your question?

Q: Yeshua, I have read that in your language 2,000 years ago, the word “forgive” meant to undo. Would you please give more understanding of what that word means when I’m told to forgive, to forgive myself, to forgive another. How do I do that?

Yeshua (B): I think “undo” is a useful translation for “forgive,” although it’s not the whole of “forgive”. “Forgive” includes ‘give’, to give of one’s heart to another; to give the other the benefit of the doubt; to recognize that the other has acted out of its own fears and distortions, and to give it space and understanding that because of its humanness, these will be there; that it may act from a place of distortion. “I give you that.”

While giving in that way, I cease to blame you for your words or acts, yet I still hold you responsible for these. That’s part of your karma. Whatever you have done, you are responsible for it. But in giving you my love, embracing you in light and seeing your pain from the ways you have acted or where it will bring you, I undo any harm from my side that has come from this mutual exchange. I cannot undo it fully on your side. I open the doorway for you to undo it.

So in forgiveness comes the giving, the holding space, the seeing the possible complete resolution, and the release of any karma. Undoing the karma. And holding the space for you also to undo the karma from your end.

Does that answer it for you?

Q: Yes, except for the “undo the karma”. One further piece of suggestion of how to undo karma.

Yeshua (B): How to undo the karma? Love.

Undo the karma—on the ultimate level there is no karma and has never been karma. We could spend a whole semester of classes on this; in fact, Aaron has done so.

Karma is only on the mundane level. And yet, as long as you live here with a mundane body and intellect you are caught up in that karma, while moving to the place of the supramundane where the karma is resolved. For the human it is linear; for the awakened heart-mind, it is instant.

This is not a teaching offered to anyone who has not come to an ethical place of deepest commitment to non-harm. Because if those who were very much in self-centeredness understood how to transcend karma in this way, they would find therein abilities to do much destruction before it finally caught up with them, if I could put it in that way. They could set very negative wheels rolling, as for example someone like Hitler did.

Thus, this deep direct experiential insight into, not dissolution but that which transcends karma, usually is reserved for those who have reached the ability—we come roundabout—to forgive. Not to dwell in the separate self.

Forgiveness also means there is no self and other. If somebody does things that are destructive, that hurts you, if you see yourself in that person’s situation and how you could also have done those acts due to stress, fear and pain, it’s much easier to forgive them. In other words, not to hold onto anything that creates separation but to love them, to forgive. And forgiveness dissolves the karma.

But still the karma must be balanced. It is resolved; it must be balanced.

Does that answer it for you?

Q: Thank you, very much so.

Yeshua (B): Aaron is perhaps more articulate on these things than I am. He’s very used to speaking about such things. So sometimes you might take this up with him.

Was there another question?

Q: How can we solidify our faith in God?

Yeshua (B): How can you solidify your faith in God… God is not something outside of you. God is love. God is the power of love in the universe and within you, within everything.

When you feel anger toward another, and you stop and bring yourself into your heart, bring the other into your heart, not trying to forgive but finding deep compassion for that other person’s situation so that you begin to feel the light and love within you and that within them— that is God.

God cannot be confined into this or that box.

Faith in God for me equates to faith in the power of love. Each time you express love in response to something negative, you are deepening your faith in God, even if the one who is negative further attacks you.

I understand that at that point you would say, “Well, there is no God or I would have been safe.” Perhaps your role here was simply to help others learn, and that you were willing to do that.

What does ‘safety’ mean? Might I have said, “There is no God or I would not have been crucified”? How would that sound? How would that sit, for you?

We put ourselves out there, willing to be used by the divine energy that is everywhere and especially right here in this human heart, asking, “How can I best be of service?”

We can express a preference, “I’d rather do it and still be safe and not find harm, if it be Thy will.” When I say, “Thy will”, if it be for the highest good. So, before my crucifixion I’m quoted as saying, “Thy will be done. Spare me from this. But if it be necessary, Thy will be done.” I did not mean that some God up there was going to say, “You must do this,” but rather, “I release the fear. Whatever is for the highest good, I trust it is for this that I came.”

In experiencing that end to that heavier-body human life as Yeshua, I was able to express myself in so much bigger a way. I could not have done that if I had clung to the heavier body, saying, “God, I need this to happen or I won’t have faith.” It takes a lot of love.

Everything in your life comes as practice. Thank you.

Let me add something there. Aaron is here reminding me that he asked me a similar question and I said to him: Do you think I enjoyed being crucified? Do you think I did not ask for a way out of that?

But my higher intention was to do the work I came to do, to demonstrate to humans that the essence does not die. And to experience the Light and power of that essence, the Love that we are.

Herein we find faith. You can find it in the little things. You don’t have to be put to death in a torturous way, to find it. Thank you.

Q: How can we learn how not to get upset in the first place when someone trespasses against us?

Yeshua (B): Q, I know you have practiced vipassana with Barbara and Aaron. I know no clearer path. This does not mean not to become upset, but one watches the upset, the tension, arising and sees it for what it is, step by step.

Someone says words or acts in ways that cause pain for you. Tension arises. It’s unpleasant. There’s anger that wants to lash out. Object upon object; contact, consciousness, feelings, and reaction to feelings, all deeply conditioned, part of the mundane consciousness. pleasant, unpleasant, neutral. How are you relating to it?

This is something that my mother especially taught me as a young boy. We did not call it vipassana, but it was the identical practice: to be present with what arises with awareness, with an open heart, and to see it unfold.

And this is how I overcame anger and fear and the impulse for reactivity as a human. It is a precious practice.

Q: Before you talked about transmuting the negativity; how can we do this? I often find myself between grasping for the light or pushing a bit away because of negativity in me, which creates some friction and tension in me, or relaxing and being open to negativity or lower emotions which can often trap me there. How can we find harmony with this?

Yeshua (B): First, ground yourself in the light that you are. When you’re experiencing negativity, just take it and put it aside for a minute. Come back into yourself, into your heart. Where are light and love in this moment?

If I am contracting and angry at myself, can I open my heart to myself? Can I truly hold this being that I am with compassion?

Within that compassion is the light.

It is that light, that spaciousness right there with the contraction, that transmutes the contraction, the anger.

A lot of this is part of what Aaron has been teaching for years. So, I would suggest you might consider joining one of these classes if you want to explore this further.

Aaron is much more technically articulate about it and understands the nuances of how to teach it.

For me, I phrase it as, transmute with love and with light. Right there in the darkness is light. But perhaps because I experience it so completely it’s harder for me to teach you how to transmute the darkness, other than to come back to the simple instruction: love it.

Barbara’s body is becoming tired. She’s finding it harder to hold the space, losing it a bit, so it’s time for me to step aside.

Thank you all for joining me to celebrate this joyous evening of the awakening, the birth of new light into the world—all of our light. YOU are the light. YOU are love. And you can become that more and more and more. You can find confidence—not faith, confidence in your own ability to hold that light through practice, through commitment.

Meanwhile, just for tonight, let us simply celebrate light. Light shall prevail on Earth! Light and Love.

I see D singing… Can you tell me what you’re singing?

D: I was singing:

This big light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine

This big light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine

This big light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine

Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine!

Yeshua (B): How about one of the traditional carols, I’m thinking of “O Holy Night” or “O Little Town of Bethlehem”. Would you like to sing that together, one of these? Any singer in the group who would like to be unmuted and lead it for us?

Q: Hi, Yeshua. Okay, I’m going to sing “O Holy Night”, I’ll lead everybody in that…

O Holy night! The stars are brightly shining

It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth

Long lay the world in sin and error pining

‘Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth

A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices

For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn

Fall on your knees; O hear the Angel voices!

O night divine, O night when Christ was born

O night, O Holy night, O night divine!

A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices

For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn

Fall on your knees; O hear the Angel voices!

O night divine, O night when Christ was born

Barbara: Thank you, and this is Barbara. Yeshua gave me back the body so I could enjoy the singing!

Love to everyone. Yeshua gives his hug to everybody. He says thank you for being with him today, and he wishes you all a very joyful and blessed Christmas and New Year.
